What’s up guys Nick from Fit College.

Want a tip I’ve got one for you, body fat percentage. Many a gym goer is working towards a decrease in body fat percentage or an increase in fat free mass, which is perfectly fine. And if you happen to be a recreational sports active individual, chances are you need to perform a lot of explosive actions in their particular sport, especially true for team sport athletes. So,  I recommend that you spend a little bit of time reducing your body fat and increasing your fat free mass.  Because research has demonstrated that there’s a direct correlation between that and speed power strength and explosiveness.

Now there’s many ways that you can do this.
