Want a tip? I’ve got one for you. Spend a bit of time on your body composition. Now look, you could be a recreationally active sports person, and if you are chances are you need perform a lot of explosive football actions, or some other form of explosive activity. Now, research has demonstrated that increases in body fat percentages or increases in fat free mass, directly correlate to sports improvements in strength, power, speed and explosiveness.
Now, there are numerous ways in which we can approach this and nutrition is going to be key, so I certainly recommend that you check out my colleague Andy and Dylan’s Fit Tips that will be coming out over the following weeks.
